Ok something totally wild- I went to school with the gal who started OatHaus! She was a couple grades below me. Her Dad was my 5th grade teacher; he made his own ukeleles, and taught us all how to play them. Her mom was the best local dentist in town. It's insane to me that she runs this big company now!
Wow! That’s amazing. I’ve followed them for a long time… adding products… moving locations… she was on Shark Tank too, I think? So incredible what she’s built. (And very fun to hear about her family!)
Yes to Le Pen! I always used to have them around, I would pick them up at stationery stores but then I stopped being so out and about during the pandemic. This was the reminder I needed that I can just order them 😍 Also those Materia Prima cards 🤩
I loved this list! It’s always so fascinating finding out what others use in their daily life/their favorite things. 💗
Same! I'd always bought them one at a time at stationery stores, but recently wandered into Blick art supply in Manhattan and discovered they sold PACKS of them. Life-changing.
A fellow beaded bracelet wearer! I have no idea if crystals actually hold the power the shop I buy mine from tells me they do, but I enjoy the pretty colours so I wear them nonetheless. 📿
The Circa has been wonderful for me! (I use it to plan out newsletter posts, and really appreciate that I can change the order of the pages around.) And I love that it's customizable in every way.
So I got the shampoo and I think I’ve time-traveled back to 1997 and junior high— it smells exactly like Clinique Happy! I also picked up the face wash and I love it. I have super dry, sensitive skin and rosacea and after two uses my skin looked more even than it has in YEARS. Thank you thank you for sharing!
Ah, I'm sorry to hear that. You are definitely not alone. I've tried many different things over the years, but "not sitting like a shrimp at my computer for days on end" is the only thing I've found that truly made a difference. (She types, while sitting like a shrimp at her computer.)
Somehow I missed this post last week. Immediately ordered the 2nd tarot book. I have the 1st and love it but always looking to learn from your tarot wisdom. Thank you! Hopping over to the complete post now.
Being left handed, I have FEELINGS about pens. In the past few years, I found the Zebra Sarasa pen and I love that I can just buy refills. I like a thicker line, so I do the .7 instead of the .5. I remember loving blue ink as a kid, but I am firmly camp black ink now.
That peanut is SO CUTE! In the past few years, I have attempted to whittle down the things I carry in my purse. No longer do I have 32 lipsticks (a lady’s got to have options) in the side pocket. I think I’m down to 5 recently. But my wallet is one of the rectangular ones that holds cash, change and allllll of the cards (and some family pictures). I have thought about going smaller there… hmmm… something to consider. Thanks for all the links! I will put the Tarot Wisdom book on my TBR list!!
This is such a fun list. I echo the Cocofloss… I started flossing (finally) at the young age of… 38… because of this floss. I already bookmarked 1/2 a dozen more of your recommendations to check out!!
Hahaha I love this story. They ARE special! It’s always especially sad when someone borrows (special) pens or books and doesn’t return them.
The Hay pen is just a very slim little metal ballpoint pen, and it seems like nothing special, but there’s something about it! I really enjoy writing with it.

I always say I don’t know what I “believe”… but I do believe in the placebo effect and that counts!
I’m the ‘tearing pages out and destroying’ type, so thanks for the Circa link. Also: the peanut 🥹

I just looked at the link you shared, Caroline, and there’s a discount! Woohoo!
The peanut is adorable. His little patitas 😭
☺️ so cute!

Oh, I’m so glad to hear that! The face wash is truly the best.
I have an ongoing "great arm numbness episode" that ebbs and flows. I hate that you've experienced this and yet - thank you immensely for sharing.

I have a similar nose hair eradicator. GAME CHANGER!
Fun list Caroline! I really want a Le Pen now!
I buy my beaded bracelets from Enchanted Therapist on Etsy. She is so kind. https://www.etsy.com/shop/EnchantedTherapist

Allow me to wipe the drool … This was a cornucopia of good!! (And those Uusi decks/books, oh my.)
Thank you!! Everything Uusi makes is gorgeous. The Pagan Otherworlds tarot features oil paintings! 🤯
Omg, the Ophelia polish—adding to cart 🖤
Peanut with Feet… perfection!
Thanks Meg 💛

Hahaha my floss journey has been very similar. It feels revolutionary to actually (almost) enjoy it! Thank you, Molly 💛
Coco floss is worth it!! :) love the list.
It really is!! Thanks, Joyce ❤️
Well, you were right... it IS the little things. Added to so many carts.
😬 I don’t know whether to say you’re welcome or I’m sorry. Maybe both?
This is all in Santa's hands now.
I wish I could express the fullness of the impact ‘Marcel the Shell With Shoes On’ has had in our house… that little guy changed all our lives 👠🐚
Truly an inimitable little shell.
