Seconding the vote for Hold Still by Sally Mann as a memoir that braids together nostalgia, vulnerability, and authenticity in an unforgettable way. Thanks for such a wonderful interview!
I did not make the connection between Catastrophe and Bad Sisters, two shows my wife and I loved. Will be on the look out for new Sharon Hogan shows now. Thanks!
Hiller Goodspeed has all the simple good life advice, I own many of his lil postcards. My fave is, "I will do my best for as long as I can," with the lil man riding his bicycle. Has lived on the fridge in every place I've lived for years.
Aliza I loveddd catastrophe. I watched it years ago and I remember howling. comedic gold.
RIGHT!?
Bad Sisters!!! Since Ramsay Bolton, I have not hated a character more than The Prick. Guess I’m going to have to go find Catastrophe, now.
I love the thought that there is no time wasted. That’s certainly a perspective changer. Thanks!
Ahh, I’ve watched Catastrophe but not Bad Sisters. Sounds like we’re both in for a treat. Thank you, Kris!
Yesss it’s soo good! I’m jealous of anyone who hasn’t watched yet…
